경계: 이 문서는 GWP 세트를 바꿨을 때 무엇이 원칙적으로 다시 계산되어야 하는가를 다룬다. 실제로 어떤 도구가 재계산을 자동으로 해 주는지는 도구마다 다르므로, 쓰고 있는 산정 도구에서 직접 확인해야 한다.
목적 (Purpose)
Defines, at contract level, whether changing the GWP set (e.g., AR5 → AR6) recalculates already-computed past inventories, and what a user/verifier means by "past emissions." The GWP-set concept, supported list, and default live in the "GWP Sets" section of the Scope 1·2 methodology; this document covers only the change/versioning/recalculation semantics on top of that.

Questions Answered
1. GWP는 저장값인가, 조회 시 해석값인가?
The computed CO2eq is stored on the emission record; reports/dashboards sum the stored value and do not recompute from the current GWP set at read time. What you see for a past month is the value as of that record's last calculation.
2. GWP 세트는 어디에, 어떻게 저장되나?
The GWP set is chosen at the inventory level and snapshotted onto each emission record as a set identifier (e.g. AR6) when it is calculated; absent a value, records resolve to the default SAR. There is no corp-level GWP default.
3. 세트를 바꾸면 과거 레코드가 재계산되나?
Changing the GWP set does not auto-recalculate history. Recalculation overwrites a record's stored emission only when an explicit operation applies it (emission create/update, or a factor/GWP re-apply to specific records). There is no fan-out hook from a set change to all past records; untouched values are preserved. Re-applying is destructive (overwrites stored values) — reconcile against any already-verified/submitted past reports first.
4. "과거 배출량"의 정의는?
"Past emissions" means the value as originally computed and stored on the record — i.e. the originally reported value by default, becoming the recomputed value only for records the user explicitly re-applied. Verification/audit presents this stored value together with the change history below.
5. 변경 이력·감사는 어떻게 남나?
GWP-set/factor changes are tracked as a per-record change history — previous set → new set, who changed it, when, and a cancellation flag — enabling audit of when/who/which-set-to-which-set.
6. 어느 스코프·계수 유형에 적용되나?
Applies to Scope 1·2 and gas-split Scope 3 categories (Cat 3, Cat 7, …). Does not apply to single-CO2eq-factor calculations — notably Cat 1 (pre-characterized CO2eq, GWP=1) and single-CO2eq electricity factors — where a set change has no effect.
