Pro and Enterprise have the same features. What differs is the daily conversation cap and the onboarding and assurance support.

One thing decides free from paid: the licence. We buy licences for the sources below ourselves, and redistribution is barred, so we can't publish their values. A Pro contract lets you see them within that licence.
Saved factors, the grounds you picked and your conversations all carry over when you move up a tier. The calculation and the factors are the same, so a value you saw on Free reads the same on Pro. Nothing to look up twice.
It works the other way too: if you move down, what you saved stays. Only the values of non-public factors are hidden.
Is there a time limit on Free?
No. Factors from public sources stay free, and we don't take a card.
How much is Pro?
It depends on your number of sites, the size of your supply chain, and which sources you need. Leave us an enquiry and we'll hear you out and come back with a quote.
When do the planned features arrive?
We don't promise dates. What we do is let the order and content of your requests set the build order. Write down what you need and we'll build that first.
I already use another tool — do I have to switch?
No. Using it just to find factors and check the grounds is fine. You can export what you've saved to CSV any time.
